Mary Bevans Photos

I never met Ernie in person, though we are distantly related as his grandmother, Mary Bevans, was also my great grandmother. I had in my possession several photos of who I believed to be grandma Mary, but no one in my immediate family could identify them. Through another mutual connection I was able to send some photos to Ernie and he was able to positively identify them as Mary Bevans. I was told that he broke into tears when he saw the photos of his grandmother from so long ago.

I am forever grateful that he was able to help ID these photos. They otherwise may have gone forever nameless.
