William James Inglis Kemble was born in 1869, son of Joseph L Kemble and Sarah Elizabeth Ball Kemble.

William worked as a farm laborer and a dairyman on a dairy farm.
William James Inglis Kemble died in 1956 and is buried with his wife at North Hardyston Cemetery in Hamburg, Sussex County, New Jersey.
