Mary Ann Vanderhoof Edwards

Mary Ann Vanderhoof was the first of ten children born to Garret and Catherine Winters Vanderhoof. She was born and raised in Passaic County, New Jersey and married William Edwards on May 30, 1844.
William and Mary Ann lived in West Milford before relocating to Hardyston sometime before 1860. They had ten children; Malissa (m. Henry Hopper), James William, Garret, Sarah Catherine, William Henry, John, Edward, Martin K, Frank and Susan A (m. Philip Henderson).
Mary Ann continued to live in Hardyston up until her death in 1900. Her death certificate indicates that she is buried at Oak Ridge Cemetery, West Milford, Passaic, NJ - though no headstone has been discovered.
