Frank Edwards

Frank Edwards was the ninth child born to William Edwards and Mary Ann Vanderhoof Edwards. Frank was raised in Hardyston where his father worked as a farm laborer. He attended school in Franklin Furnace.

Frank married Mary Louise Ball on June 23, 1897 and the two had two children; Ruth Burnett and William Frank. The family moved to a home Franklin between 1910 and 1920.

Frank held several jobs including railroad clerk, mine clerk and bookkeeper at the zinc mines in Franklin.

Frank died on February 10, 1935. He is buried at North Hardyston Cemetery, Hamburg, Sussex, New Jersey with several other immediate family members. Two years after his passing, his grandson David Charles Van Blarcom was also buried with him, though there is no headstone indicating this burial.
