George Milton Graef

George Milton Graef II was born in New jersey in 1915, the youngest son of George Milton and Alvina McCubbin Graef. George was raised in the Somerville/Middlesex area of New Jersey.

On February 3, 1940, George married Lois Ruth Van Blarcom. The two had two boys; George "Chip" Milton III and Van Edwards Graef.

George joined the World War II effort in May 1943 as a marine.
